Parent Checklist for the 2022 Season-UPDATES COMING SOON!

1) Complete PARENT Registration
Team collection point for emergency contact info, allergy/medical issues info, and allows us to place you in a communication group for your team.  Your player completes a separate registration.

2) Pay the Fulton County Participation Fee
Fulton County requires a separate Participation Fee ($50) that is paid directly to the school and is outside of any fees paid to the Milton Dugout Club. 

3) Sell Signboards
Help Us Help You! Your can receive a 50% credit toward player fees (even after you've paid - we'll refund it) of every signboard you sell. More details in the box below; forms and current statuses available at the links to the right --->>

Want to earn a REFUND on your player fees? HELP US HELP YOU

The Sponsor Signboards that you see in front of the stadium are Milton Baseball’s largest fundraiser, second only to the Fall Raffle. We need your help to sell new signs and renew existing advertising. 

Half of every dollar you raise (up to $1250*) will count toward your player fees.  If you have already paid, you will get a refund!    Sell enough signs and your player could actually play for FREE!

A sign is not considered “SOLD” until we have received payment.

At the beginning of each season, we give those who originally sold a particular sponsorship/signboard first rights to have the sponsor renew. After a certain amount of time, we then open up the sponsorship spots to everyone. 

If you have an interested sponsor, let us know if you need help closing the deal.

Milton Baseball will be using SportsEngine as the main platform to communicate with players and parents throughout the season.

All information will be posted on the website, such as practice and game schedules, special events, and volunteer events.

The coaches will also be using SportsEngine to communicate with their players.

We need 100% participation to make our communication as simple as possible.

Parents and athletes need to manage their SportsEngine accounts to ensure they get the most out of their Milton High School Baseball experience during each sporting season. With their accounts properly configured, athletes and their families will receive communications according to their preferences and be able to complete registrations more efficiently.  SportsEngine has created a Team Management Guide for Parents and Athletes that will help our members with frequently asked questions about our website and mobile app.

New to SportsEngine?

Here is your quick start guide to creating an account and using the SportsEngine platform as an athlete or parent.


Keep connected to your team(s). Get schedules and team updates for every athlete in the house, plus a way to message other members on your team and a way to give coaches a heads up about practice. Enjoy unlimited access to scores & stats, photo/video sharing, and more.


Adding an additional guardian

In many instances, more than one parent or guardian needs to be in the loop with a child's sports life. Using the mobile app, you can add additional guardians to an account. Guardians can 1) View games and events 2) RSVP to games and events 3) Send and receive messages to coaches and team members 4) participate in team chat

Adding a Mobile Phone

Once you've created your account, add your mobile phone so you can receive text messages from your team manager or coach.

Enabling Text Messaging

Now that you have your mobile phone on your account, make sure you enable text messaging and any other notifications.

Following a Team on the SportsEngine Mobile App

Forwarding Athlete Messages
